In addition to standard email practices, you will have access to REAL TIME updates (on all your transactions with Savvy Transactions) through your personal agent portal. What happens if a file terminates?

We stand by the motto that if our agent doesn't get paid, we don't get paid. That's just the way we run our business.

Will you contact my clients directly?

We will! During key or pivotal moments throughout the transaction, clients will receive updates on where the transaction is, what is happening, and what to expect moving forward. Including utility change reminders, forwarding mail, and requesting reviews for YOU!

Can you work directly in my CRM?

We can! Once you let us know what CRM you use for your brokerage in the submit a transaction intake form, we will request your login credentials from you through your preferred method of communication.
